COURSE OVERVIEW
Our comprehensive certification program spans four weeks, combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided learning and weekly assignments. The total time commitment is approximately 22 hours, ensuring you receive a robust understanding of Everything DiSC principles and applications.
Live Sessions: In our live, interactive sessions, you'll have the opportunity to engage with expert instructors and fellow participants, gaining valuable insights and sharing best practices. These sessions are designed to foster discussion, answer questions, and solidify your knowledge.
Self-Guided Learning: Between live sessions, you'll embark on self-guided learning journeys. Dive deep into DiSC theory, explore real-world case studies, and sharpen your practical application skills.
Weekly Assignments: Apply what you've learned through weekly assignments that challenge you to craft solutions tailored to your unique training and coaching environments.
THE COURSE ECOMPASSES:

One week before initial live session, you'll be provided with a link to your Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst assessment.

In addition to your personal Workplace Profile, you will receive two additional profiles. One will be utilised for an assignment during the course, while the other is meant for your personal use at your own pace in your DiSC Certification Ireland journey.
